The Second International LENR Conference was held on September 13 and 14, 1996 at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. It was chaired by John O. Bockris, A&M faculty member, and George Miley of the University of Illinois. The conference was recorded on a series of eight VHS tapes, which are listed below.
