The Second International Conference on Cold Fusion (ICCF-2) was held in Como, Italy under the chairmanship of Tullio Bressani, Emilio Del Giudice, and Giuliano Preparata. It took place from June 29 to July 4, 1991. It was supported by the University of Milan.
Videos were made of three selected presentations and two workshops. Two tapes were made in two parts each. They are listed below.

The three selected presentations were by R. T. Bush, V. A. Tsarev, and J. O. Bockris. The first roundtable featured D. Worledge (with S. Pons), H. Ikegami, M. Miles, and X. Z. Li. The second roundtable, held on the following evening, included M. Fleischmann (with V. A. Tsarev), F. Will, M. McKubre, G. Preparata and B. Huggins.
