The 23rd International Conference on Cold Fusion (ICCF-23) was held from June 9 to 11, 2021. It was at Xiamen, China and was chaired by Zhong-Qun Tian of Xiamen University. Because the time of the conference was during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was conducted online only. As a result, many presentations — about 69 — were received from participants and have been preserved.
