The Seventh International Conference on Cold Fusion (ICCF-7) was held in April 1998 in Vancouver, BC. It was sponsored by the firm ENECO and chaired by the company president, Fred Jaeger. The conference sessions were recorded on a set of 18 VHS tapes (1A&B to 9A&B). The videos are presented in the table below. The order of table entries is the result of how the tapes were obtained and processed.

The ICCF-7 proceedings are available on the library website LENR-CANR.org (click here). These proceedings were referenced extensively in preparing this webpage. In a few cases the papers in the proceedings differed from the conference presentations.

ENECO was trying to get approval of the U.S. Patent and Trade Office for cold fusion patent applications held by the University of Utah. The patent rights originated with the early work by Martin Fleischmann and Stanley Pons at the university. ENECO was ultimately not successful in getting the PTO approval and declared bankruptcy a few years later.

Most of the ICCF-7 tapes were provided to the Cold Fusion Video project by Tom Passell, former project manager at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). They were were contributed as part of the Passell LENR Research Documentation Project (a component of the LENR Research Documentation Initiative (LRDI) of LENRGY, LLC). Videos 1A and 1B are from Christy Frazier and are courtesy of the Gene Mallove Infinite Energy Media Collection.
